At EVESTV, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our streaming service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 3 calendar days of your initial purchase, subject to the terms below.
1. Eligibility
- Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days (72 hours) of the original purchase date and time.
- First-Time Purchases Only: This policy applies only to first-time subscriptions. Subsequent renewals or repeat subscriptions are not eligible for this 3-day full refund.
- Single Account Use: Refunds are only available for individual accounts; family or multi-user plans must request a refund for each user separately.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Submit a Request: Email billing@evestv.live with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:
- Your full name
- Subscription email or username
- Date and time of purchase
- Reason for refund
- Acknowledgment: We will confirm receipt of your request within 24 hours.
- Processing: If your request is approved, your payment method will be credited within 5–7 business days.
3. Conditions & Exclusions
- No Partial Refunds: Only full refunds are available under this 3-day policy.
- Service Usage: If you have streamed more than 10 hours of content, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
- Upgrades & Add-Ons: Purchases of add-on channel packs or upgrades are not covered by this policy; they are non-refundable.
- Promotional Plans: Free trials and promotional subscriptions are not eligible for refund—they expire automatically.
4. Subscription Cancellation
To avoid future billing, you must manually cancel your subscription before the end of the 3-day window via your account dashboard. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund—you must still submit a refund request as outlined above.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of EVESTV after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
